Centum The Pocket Mortgage is proud of what we have been able to achieve since our foundation in 2018. In February 2019, Konstantin (our Principal Broker) was listed as the 12th highest producing Centum Broker by Volume in Canada. This was just the beginning.

We won! New Brokerage of the Year! It was such a surprise and an incredible honour to be recognized by the Canadian Mortgage Community. Konstantin was in shock, but he still had the composure to thank his office, Centum, and everyone else who made this award possible.

Optimal Progression 😉

At the onset of 2020, Konstantin was also awarded the prestigious 2019 Optimus Platinum Award by the Centum Franchise. The award is presented for maintaining a high level of professionalism and achieving an annual sales volume of > 24 million CAD.

As we entered the year of 2021, our Brokerage was recognized by the Centum Franchise as Entrepreneur of the Year – New Franchisee. This award was a significant milestone as it marked our 3 year anniversary.

It may have been our first digital Centum Award Ceremony, but it was a memorable one

Going into 2022, we made some major upgrades to the digital systems we used within the organization. We upgraded our security protocols, improved brokerage processes and almost doubled our volume only to once again be recognized by the Centum Network as Entrepreneur of the Year – Existing Franchisee.
